Breeding Conditions · 2026

Clear, simple, reliable.

Passport

A copy of the mare's passport including the chip number and the owner's details must be provided with the first order.

Collection & Shipping

Semen can be picked up on site: Monday–Friday until 17:00, Saturday until 13:00. No collections on Sunday. Orders can be sent via HippoXpress if ordered on time.

Stud Fee

Stated with each stallion. A €150 advance payment is charged with the first order. After the birth of a live and healthy foal, the remaining balance is invoiced.

Prices

All prices are excluding VAT, transport costs, and health certificates.

Shipping Orders

Orders that need to be delivered the same day must be placed before 9:30 AM. Shipping costs are at the expense of the mare owner.

Discount for 2nd Mare

We offer a 10% discount when ordering for a second mare.

Order Deadline

Semen must be ordered no later than 9:30 AM via email (stallions@eyckenhoeve.be) or by phone — Niels Haesen +32 497 04 35 60 · Maxime Tyteca +32 499 33 38 36.

Not Pregnant

If the mare is not pregnant, please inform us no later than 01/10/2026 via email (stallions@eyckenhoeve.be).

Birth of Foal

The mare owner must inform Stal de Eyckenhoeve within 48 hours after the birth of a foal.
